Sessions are individualized rather than built around an insurance diagnosis alone. We can work on panic attacks, high anxiety, racing thoughts, overthinking, trauma responses, PTSD, shame, emotional shutdown, depression, urges, compulsive patterns, and the practical changes you want to make in daily life.
Online throughout Utah
Online therapy is available to clients located in Utah at the time of the session, including Salt Lake City, Murray, Sandy, Draper, South Jordan, Lehi, Provo, Orem, Ogden, and other Utah communities.
